Refund & Cancellation Policy

General rule

Because bids grant immediate promotional placement, bids are generally non-refundable once payment is settled.

Failed or duplicate charges

If a payment fails or is duplicated due to a technical error, the affected charge will be reversed. Bids are only applied after server-side payment verification.

Cancelled checkout

If you close checkout before paying, no charge is made and the pending bid is voided.

Removed projects

If we remove a project for policy violations, associated bids are not refunded.
