Overview
BIDWAR is a promotional visibility platform. By placing a bid you purchase leaderboard placement and promotional exposure. You are not purchasing ownership, equity, securities, investment returns, or prize money.
Not gambling or investment
BIDWAR is a marketing/advertising service. It is not a game of chance, a betting service, a lottery, or a financial product. Rankings are determined solely and transparently by the total bid amount associated with each project.
Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account. You may only modify projects and resources you own.
Acceptable use
No fraudulent payments, no manipulation of rankings via unauthorized means, no infringing, illegal, or misleading content. We may suspend or remove any project at our discretion.
Payments
All bids are processed by our payment provider. Bids are final once placed and settled. See our Refund Policy for limited exceptions.

The service is provided 'as is'. The final payment and legal configuration must be reviewed for the actual launch jurisdiction before going live.
