How ranking works
Projects are ranked strictly by their total bid amount, highest first. Ties are broken by which project reached the amount first.
Placing a bid
You boost your own project by adding to its bid. Every new bid must increase your project's total. Rankings update automatically and are always derived from authoritative server data.
Getting outbid
When another project's total surpasses yours, you drop in rank and receive an 'outbid' notification. You can bid again to reclaim your position.
Fairness & integrity
Bids are validated server-side. Client-supplied amounts are never trusted. Duplicate and race-condition bids are prevented via atomic operations. Suspicious activity may be investigated and reversed.
Nature of the service
You are buying visibility, not an asset. No returns, dividends, or winnings are promised or implied.
